North Caicos

The Garden Island of the Turks & Caicos

Pumkin Bluff Beachfront, North Caicos

Quiet, Peaceful Seclusion

The secluded “Garden Island” of North Caicos is truly a destination where life is simple, relaxed and unstructured.  Miles of white sand beach are protected from the Atlantic by a coral reef, providing safe swimming and sun bathing for all ages.

Located in Kew Town is the historical site of Wade’s Green, a cotton plantation established by loyalist Wade Stubbs in 1789. The land was granted to Wade Stubbs by the then reigning monarch of Britain, King George III, as compensation for losses incurred during the American War of Independence.

North Caicos is 41 square miles, with a population of approximately 2500 residents, is located 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible by a daily ferry service.  The majority of vacation homes on North Caicos have been centered in the Whitby area attracted by the fabulous white sand beaches.
