Located on the quiet street of Waterside Close, adjacent to the converted well established community of Harbor Gates in Sapodilla Bay, Providenciales lies this recently completed Waterside Villa. This luxurious gated ocean view villa was completed in April of 2023. It has 3 floors, each with its own balcony where one can absorb the fantastic water views of both Sapodilla Bay and Chalk Sound. Designed by local architect Turkaian Designs, the goal was to produce a contemporary styled villa which compliments island life. The villa is equipped with impact glass external walls which accounts for more than 60% of the villa, along with floor to ceiling windows allowing an abundance sunlight inside. This indoor /outdoor living style is what Providenciales, and the sunny Caribbean has become so famous for. Waterside Villa is just steps from the famous Las Brisas Restaurant and just one block from the tranquil Sapodilla Bay beach. One can stroll to the beach and spend most of the day basking in the sun, enjoying a variety of sea toys, some beverages or just reading a book. After, you can escape the hustle and bustle of beach life and nestle in comfort back to this fantastic villa for some rest and relaxation. Waterside Villa spans 3556 square foot and features 3 bedrooms (with a possible 4th ) as well as secluded office/den. All bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed and immediate access to the pool / sundeck. Split AC units are throughout the villa to conserve energy and control costs while keeping the house cool. The kitchen is on the second floor and is very elegantly facilitated with open concept cabinets, butcher block counter tops and high end zline kitchen appliances. The bathroom vanities have granite counter tops and floors throughout are vinyl plank flooring (VPF). There is also a BBQ pit on the second deck with easy access to the pool for a dip or to lounge.
