Joe Zahm, a US trained attorney, is an acknowledged leader in the Turks & Caicos Islands’ resort, real estate and development sectors. In the past 33 years Joe has played an integral role in the design, development, sales and marketing of many of TCI's finest developments, and in the process has brokered well over $4 Billion in real estate sales and continues to strengthen the company as President and Broker, industry, and community leader.

Nina Siegenthaler began working with Joe Zahm in 2003 and 2023 marks Nina’s 20th year in the Turks & Caicos Island’s real estate industry. Consistently ranked as the top producer in dollar sales volume in the jurisdiction, Nina remains the #1 producer with over $200M in sales production annually. Nina specializes in high-end property marketing and sales and is known for her excellent sales process, service level, market research and analysis.

Richard Sankar

Richard began his career in real estate 30 years ago and combined with his education in business management and real estate development he provides a vast amount of analytical expertise and market knowledge to his clients and sales associates. Richard was a founding member of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association and is currently Treasurer of the board. He has a strong community spirit and enjoys helping others succeed and this passion flourishes at TCSIR through its charitable foundation.
