A native of Turks & Caicos, Courtney was born in the small island capital of Grand Turk to English parents, and later moved to Providenciales, where she grew up. Courtney has witnessed all stages of development throughout her life in the islands and possesses an authentic and rooted affinity for her home, as well as a worldly curiosity, provided by extensive International travel and the gift afforded by living in different countries. With a secondary and graduate education in the US (BA from University of Miami) and post-graduate education in the UK (law degree), Courtney marries her respect and knowledge of multiple cultures with deep local knowledge. After practicing law, led by a love of interior design and architecture, Courtney took a hard-left turn and decided to pursue a career in real estate, as Executive Assistant to Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President, Nina Siegenthaler, where her experience focused mainly on high-end condominium resorts and private villas ranging between $1.5M - $4M.
