Originally from England, Karen has called Turks & Caicos “home” since 1990 when she established the first luxury real estate agency in the Turks & Caicos called Turks & Caicos Realty Ltd. Building on the success of the agency, Karen and her business partner purchased the Sotheby’s Realty franchise solidifying their position in the luxury real estate market. Through the years, as one of the top agents within Turks & Caicos, Karen has amassed an invaluable amount of knowledge and experience in all facets of real estate and with the growth of the company; two mergers since 2009, Karen is proud to have a strong team of real estate executives for collaboration and continued strength. Karen is also proud to be a part of the thriving Turks & Caicos community involving herself by donating her time and effort to non-profit charity foundations in particular Rotary International where locally she has held key positions such as President and Assistant Governor.
