LIME Celebrates 115 Years With Goodies; Valentine’s Promotion Launch

Telecoms company LIME, celebrates 115 years in the Turks and Caicos Islands with the unveiling of its Valentine’s Day promotion and a number of giveaways to customers inclusive of mobile, internet and top-up.

Head of Sales for LIME, Delleriece Hall, in explaining the Valentine’s Day promotion, said that customers who signed up for postpaid services would receive a free handset. She said that customers who sign up for internet services would receive free installation, free modem and two month’s free rental. Customers who sign up for new prepaid services would receive $20’s double top-up.

Customers also stand the chance of winning a dinner for two at Grace Bay Resort, in the first draw to be held on February 13. The second draw will be held on February 28, which will be a dinner for two at the Parrot Cay Resort.

To celebrate 115 year anniversary, LIME, which came to the TCI on January 31st, 1898, staged a special on some handsets – offer two for $115. Customers, who spent $20, received double top-up. The offer was also carried over the inauguration of the Island Fish at the Bight Park on Providenciales on Thursdays.

Reflecting on the last 115 years of operating in the TCI, LIME’s Country Manager, Drexwell Seymour, said that the telecoms company ‘s operation in the TCI was rewarding, emphasizing that he been encouraged to go on for another 115 years.

“We are very committed to Turks and Caicos Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands has been committed to us. We play a very, very integral part of this community, and we are here to stay,” Seymour said.
