Dellis Cay

Secluded, Tranquil, a World Unto Itself

Dellis Cay

A quirk of nature and a combination of tide and currents makes this uninhabited 560 acre island the best place for shelling in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The sand spit here is a popular stop for island tours and boaters.

In 2008 developers proposed a luxury resort to be managed by Mandarin Oriental.  This development has since been put on hold and the island remains available for future investors to acquire.
